Cave Springs Resort

Set between the Sacramento River and Interstate 5, this family-run, rustic resort is made up of a motel and seasonal cabins. It's a 3-minute walk from Dunsmuir Botanical Gardens. The simple motel rooms feature wood-paneling, TVs and free Wi-Fi, plus microwaves, minifridges and coffeemakers. The basic wood cabins, built in 1923, add kitchens and porches. There's an outdoor pool and a hot tub, plus a laundry facility and a solar hot-water system.
